Frequently Asked Question(s)

  1. If I cannot attend a particular lesson, is there any make-up class or another class that I can attend?
You should try your best not to miss any classes. Missing a class means missing an important topic which might come up in exam. If you do miss,

    1. If possible, inform the lecturer in advance so that he can brief you on the upcoming lecture.
    2. Read up the relevant notes and materials posted under student services and ask or email these to the lecturer before the next lecturer.

That should help you quite a bit. By all means, should there by a similar class being conducted by the same lecturer at any other time, you may join that class as make up class.

  2. If I cannot attend classes due to my busy schedule or other reasons, can I transfer to another class totally?
If your change of schedule is going to be permanent, you are allowed to transfer to another class by the same lecturer. No fee is charge for this but the lecturer must approve the transfer.

  3. If I am interested to enrol for a particular paper, can I sit in for one lesson and try it out?
    Sorry, this cannot be done.

  4. If I am recalled for in-camp training, can N2P2 assist me in deferring the training?
Yes but N2P2 cannot guarantee that the deferment will be successful. You must submit to us a photocopy of your SAF 100 (notification of in-camp training) and we will prepare a deferment letter to your army unit. You may collect this letter after 3 working days upon request.

  5. Can I request N2P2 to provide me a letter certifying that I am a student here?
Yes, please approach our friendly admin office staff or call our hotline.

  6. If I start studying the ACCA Singapore variant can I switch to a different variant and, if so, how do I do it?
You should seek advice from our experienced lecturers before doing so. You may find their feedback invaluable.

  7. Is N2P2 registered with the Council for Private Education (CPE)?
Yes, it is registered under the Enhanced Registration Framework . Its registration period is from 25/04/11 to 24/04/12.
