Grievance Procedures

Student shall first seek lecturer’s help/advice for any grievances. If the student is not satisfied with the solution offered by the lecturer, he/ she can report the matter through the customer feedback form. A director of N2P2 shall personally attend to the complaint and reply within 10-days. If the matter requires more time for thorough investigation, the training centre will:
1. Update the student concern on the investigation status within 10-days.
2. Inform the student concern that extended days is required for thorough investigation. However, the total time taken for investigation by the director shall not exceed 20 days.

In the event that the training centre failed to resolve the complaint amicably, the case shall be referred to the following for mediation.
